• What is my login?
Your login is the same username and password that you use to log in to the AAHKS website. If you need a new username or password sent to your email on file, click here.
• How do I start a new submission?
Click the Create Submission link on the left side next to the green circle. The next screen will ask you to choose the submission type: abstract, symposium or video submission.
• How do I add co-authors?
You can add co-authors by either searching their name in the submission system or adding them to your submission. Complete the form, and click the Add button.
• Can I work on a submission and complete it later?
Yes, after you’ve added authors and submission details, click the blue Save Submission button. Your changes will be saved. To go back to your submission, log in and click the red Incomplete button on the dashboard. You can only work on one submission at a time.
• How can I add or edit an author?
If you need to make any changes to an author (order, name, email, etc.) after you’ve saved your submission but not submitted yet, click the red Incomplete button on the dashboard to open your submission. Click the Manage Authors button in the upper, right corner. In the list of authors, click the pencil icon to edit or the trash icon to delete.
• When I click submit nothing happens!
Scroll up in your form and look for red text to identify missing information. Then click the green Submit Submission button again. You will be redirected to the dashboard and see your submission noted in the yellow Submitted button.
• Can I view and print my submission?
Yes, once you’ve successfully submitted, click the yellow Submitted button on the dashboard to see the list of submissions. Click the PDF icon at the end of the line to download and view and/or print your form.
• I submitted too soon – how can I go back to edit?
Contact email@example.com, and tell us your name and submission number. We will move your submission back to the Incomplete stage. Log in again and click the red Incomplete button on the dashboard. You can make changes and re-submit.
