AAHKS is excited to host the 2026 Annual Meeting at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center! AAHKS has special hotel rates at the hotels below for attendees and exhibitors registered to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting. Please note, your registration does not include a hotel room. Hotel reservations must be made separately.
The AAHKS rates are subject to availability up until Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate. We recommend flying into the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Complimentary shuttles will be offered from overflow hotels to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center during peak event times.
