How to Secure a Room Reservation: To book your hotel reservation, please log in to the member portal to register and book your hotel room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. SOLD OUT

The AAHKS room block rate is subject to availability up until Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. Deposit will be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
