We are pleased to introduce meeting suites on the Exhibit Hall floor available for exhibiting companies only on November 8 and November 9, 2024. To reserve, complete the form at the bottom of this page and submit,

Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to secure an Exhibitor Meeting Suite at the Gaylord Texan Convention Center to host ancillary meetings such as product education, advisory and focus groups during exhibit hall hours. Exhibitor Meeting Suites are conveniently located on the exhibit hall floor and are customizable allowing for maximum flexibility to host meetings. Assignments are made on a first come, first served, basis.

Exhibitor agrees to abide by the AAHKS Exhibitor Rules and Regulations which is incorporated herein and made a part of the Exhibitor Meeting Suites contract and to all conditions which govern exhibit space in the Gaylord Texan Convention Center that is leased to AAHKS.

Two sizes of Suites are available for full-day rental or both days of the exhibit during exhibit hours only. Intervals of shorter than one day are not available.

Fee: $7,500 per day or $11,000 for 2 days.

Exhibitor must order and pay for any services needed, such as telephone, security, catering, cleaning, additional furniture, additional electrical, etc. from official conference contractors located in the online exhibit manual.

• All food and beverage service must be made through the official convention center caterer.
• Loud music or disruption to the event will not be permitted.
• Meeting rooms cannot be used or reserved for non-exhibiting companies or groups.
• All persons accessing the suites must be badged appropriately.
• Access to the Exhibitor Meeting Suite is not available outside the exhibit hall hours.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations after October 1, 2024 will not be entitled to a refund.
